GOSSIP? People of God when will this Stop. Gossip = the spreading of UNKNOWNS (true or not). Leaders will discuss things, but a good leader will get the FACTs before sharing it with the world. GET YOUR FACTS, ALL THE FACTS before you open your mouth! Gossip, often times, is the talk behind someones back when we are just to afriad to approach that person directly. GET YOUR FACTS! OR at least say, "Based on what I know, but I can't clarify it". GET YOUR FACTS! Come on All Chris tians have some INTEGRITY. I WANT TO QUASH SOME GOSSIP I'VE HEARD FROM MULTIPLY SOURCES: Andy and Aubrey Hazelet ARE NOT leaving Element Church! They will be back, doing what they do at Element. They are simply taking a Sabatical for the summer. Exactly like Pastor Jeff did last summer. Come on church! Show some INTEGRITY! One more thing, I am on a two-month sabatical as a jail chaplain. But guess what, I AM still a jail Chaplain, and I will resume my full jail chaplain duties in july.

CONVICTION? 2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. 2 Timothy 3:1-7 (NASB) “But realize this, that in the last day’s difficult times will come.   For men, will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these... Claiming to be a Christian but no evident change. No transformation. Claiming to be -but living the opposite. Sunday Christians. Not even wanting God to require too much from them. always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” You can learn and learn, but if the Truth isn’t in your heart then learning does

Is an apology an apology when you also try to justify or rationalize behavior behind the apology? Hmm, NOT really! You are blaming your behavior on something or someone else. A good godly principle is: "Simply say, I apologize." and leave it there; no excuses, no pointing fingers. Bottom line, even if others behaviors or choices influenced you, YOU had the final choice!
